Excelled to Serve
Proper Express is a priority goods transport company based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and a subsidiary of Proper Logistics Private Limited. We have operated from our Raipur hub since 2019, moving commercial cargo, household goods and parcels for businesses and individuals across the state and beyond.
What separates us from a general transporter is speed by design. Our network is built around overnight movement: consignments booked at a branch before the evening cut-off travel the same night and are delivered the next day at our served destinations. For a business waiting on stock, a spare part or a document, that difference is the whole point.
Alongside overnight parcel cargo we operate surface, express and air freight, full truck load services, warehousing and a nationwide courier service reaching the rest of India. Free doorstep pickup, pay on delivery and live online tracking come as standard on every booking.
Our Services
Overnight Parcel Delivery
Our core service. Book before the evening cut-off and your consignment is delivered the next day at our served destinations.
Surface, Express & Air Cargo
Three service modes so you can trade cost against speed on every consignment, from economical road freight to same-week air movement.
Nationwide Courier
Door-to-door delivery of parcels and documents anywhere in India, beyond the reach of our own branch network.
Full Truck Load
Dedicated vehicles for consignments large enough to justify an entire truck, with direct point-to-point movement.
Warehousing & Storage
Secure short and long-term storage at our branch warehouses, with free storage days included on most bookings.
Free Pickup & Delivery
Doorstep collection and delivery, so a consignment never needs a trip to the branch at either end.
Our Network
Raipur is our hub. Everything routes through it, which is what makes overnight delivery possible on the lanes we run: Raipur to Jagdalpur, Raipur to Ambikapur and Raipur to Delhi, in both directions and to points along the way.
Each branch is a working office with its own staff, contact number and opening hours, not a collection point. Addresses, phone numbers and directions for every location are listed on our branches page.
Outside our own network, our courier service delivers door to door across India.
